Refund policy

At Meadow Muse, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging whenever possible. Certain items such as personal care products, final sale items, or customized products may not be eligible for returns for hygiene or product-specific reasons.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
